Engineering Lineage & Philosophy

About Ahmad Mneimne

I spent my early career solving mission-critical problems in telecom infrastructure and multi-million dollar megaprojects. Today, I apply that same engineering discipline to solve revenue bottlenecks for established B2B and industrial companies.

Ahmad Mneimne, Fractional CMO and Revenue Systems Engineer

The Technical Foundation

I graduated in 2008 with a degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in communications and electronics. My career started in demanding operating environments:

  • Nokia Siemens (Sudan): Expanding cellular coverage networks and engineering high-capacity broadband microwave links.
  • Satellite Uplink & ELV Systems: Managing complex communication networks and low-voltage project infrastructure.
  • Technical Manager on Megaprojects: Served as Technical Manager for the main contractor on the $533M King Abdullah Sports City stadium project (client: Saudi Aramco).

Why Move to Revenue Systems?

In heavy engineering, everyone tries to finish easy tasks quickly to make their progress reports look good, while ignoring the single hard problem that actually threatens the project timeline. When I examined B2B commercial marketing, I saw the exact same pattern.

Companies waste massive budgets on ad agencies and redesigns while their core positioning is broken and qualified deals leak out of their pipeline. Marketing is not a creative guessing game; it is an operating system. When positioning, organic distribution, and conversion infrastructure carry current simultaneously, enterprise buyers choose you naturally.
