Terms of Advisory and Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These are the public terms for Ahmad Mneimne Revenue Systems Advisory. They are written in plain language so prospective and current clients can understand the basic working relationship. A signed proposal, statement of work, or other client agreement may contain additional project-specific terms.

This page is a plain-language public summary. It does not replace a signed client agreement or formal legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review it for the laws and data-protection requirements that apply to your business and clients.

1. Advisory Scope and Professional Standards

I provide strategic revenue systems advice, positioning diagnosis, and Fractional CMO leadership for established B2B, industrial, and engineering companies. The work may include reviewing your marketing, website, sales process, public presence, and commercial data that you choose to share.

My recommendations are business analysis and advisory, not a promise of a particular ranking, lead volume, revenue result, or other commercial outcome. I will base the work on the information available at the time and will tell you when an important assumption needs to be checked.

2. Client Confidentiality and NDAs

I understand that advisory work can involve sensitive commercial information, financial metrics, pipeline data, internal processes, and executive discussions. I treat information shared for an engagement as confidential and use it to deliver the agreed work, communicate with the client, and protect the advisory relationship.

If we sign a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement, that document will set the specific confidentiality obligations for the engagement. I do not publish client names, identifying details, or proprietary case-study information without the client’s permission.

3. Privacy Policy

I try to keep this website simple and privacy-conscious, and to be direct about what tracking is actually in place rather than claim there is none.

  • Analytics: This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you individually across sites, and Microsoft Clarity, which does use cookies to record aggregated click, scroll, and session behavior so I can understand how the site is used and improve it. Neither is used for advertising, and neither sells or shares data with ad networks.
  • This site's own visit log: The site also keeps its own record of visits. A random ID is stored in a first-party cookie (am_vid, one year) so visits from the same browser can be grouped. For each visit it records the pages viewed, the time spent on each while the page is visible, how far you scroll, clicks on the main buttons and on WhatsApp, email, or outside links, the referring site or campaign (for example LinkedIn or ChatGPT), your country as reported by Cloudflare, and your device type. It does not record what you type, except in forms you choose to send. If you later give your email or sign in (for example to get a scorecard report or an AI Endorsement report), your earlier and later visits from that browser are linked to your email, so I can see what you were interested in and follow up in a relevant way. It is not sold, not shared, and not used for advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of this is recorded.
  • Your path through the site: To show you one relevant next step on each page, your browser remembers why you came (if you tell it), which pages you have read, and your scorecard results. This stays in your own browser (local storage and a small am_g cookie, one year), which the site reads to arrange the homepage for you, for example to greet you with your scorecard stage. Clearing your browser data resets it.
  • Company recognition: When a visit comes from a company's office network, Cloudflare reports the name the network is registered to. The visit log keeps that name only when it names a company (mobile, home, and internet providers are ignored). If you give a work email or your company website, the site reads your company's public homepage once to learn its industry. This is used to show you examples from your industry and to let me see visits grouped by company. You are never shown your company's name, and none of this is shared or sold.
  • The site assistant: If you use the chat assistant, your questions and its answers are saved with your visit log and, if you give your email, linked to it, so I can follow up in a relevant way and improve the site where it has no answer. To write each answer, your question, relevant text from this site, and your scorecard result if you have one are sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini, or OpenAI). Please do not share confidential information in the chat.
  • Direct inquiries: If you contact me by email or WhatsApp, I use the information you provide to respond, assess whether the advisory work is a fit, and conduct the business conversation.
  • Routine technical data: The hosting and delivery systems may process ordinary technical information, such as request logs, IP addresses, browser details, and security information, to deliver and protect the website.
  • External services: When you use WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, or another external service linked from this website, that service may process your information under its own privacy terms.
  • Google Fonts: This page requests font files from Google Fonts. Your browser may send basic technical request information when it loads those files.
  • No data selling: I do not sell, rent, or broker visitor or client information.
  • Retention: I keep direct inquiry and client information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an engagement, maintain appropriate records, comply with obligations, or protect legitimate business interests.

If you have a privacy question or want to ask what information was provided directly to me, contact me using the details below.

4. AI Endorsement Report, Sign-In, and Your Dashboard

If you sign in and send your company for an AI Endorsement report:

  • Sign-in: You can sign in with Google, Microsoft, or a one-time link sent to your email. I receive your email address and, if your provider shares it, your name. I never see or store your password. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and signing out removes it.
  • What you send: Your company name, website, what the company does, its main market, your role, and any questions, competitors, or WhatsApp number you choose to add.
  • How I use it: I check your company by hand in AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity), run free technical checks on your public website (for example, whether AI crawlers can reach it), write your report, email it to you, keep it in your dashboard, and follow up with you about it by email, or by WhatsApp if you gave a number.
  • Activity: Your visits are recorded as described in section 3 (the visit log), and while you are signed in they are linked to your account. I also note whether you open your report. I use this to decide when and how to follow up. It is not shared with anyone.
  • Public research: I may publish anonymous totals from many reports, such as an average score or the share of companies whose website blocks AI crawlers. I never publish your company name, your results, or anything that identifies you without your permission.
  • Service providers: Your information is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Emails are sent through an email delivery service. Sign-in with Google or Microsoft is handled by those companies under their own terms.
  • Your choices: Email [email protected] at any time and I will delete your account, submissions, reports, and activity. Reply "stop" to any follow-up and I will stop following up.

5. Free Scorecards

If you take one of the free scorecards or quizzes on this site:

  • Your answers and your report: You answer the questions without signing up. To see your result and get the full report, you give your name, email, and company (or sign in). Your answers, your result, how long each question took, the country reported by Cloudflare, and the website or campaign that sent you are saved with your email. They also count, without your name, in anonymous benchmarks such as the average score or the share of companies that answered "no" to a question, which may appear on this site or in my posts.
  • Your visits: Your visits to this site, before and after the scorecard, are linked to your email as described in section 3. I use your answers and visits to estimate how relevant my work is to you, so I know whom to contact first.
  • Emails: I email you your report, with a one-time link to your private dashboard and a private link to a web page of your report (anyone you share that link with can open it). I may write to you personally about it, especially if you ask me to review your answers. If you add a WhatsApp number, I may message you there. Reply "stop" and I will stop.
  • No automated decisions with effects on you: Results and the relevance estimate are calculated from fixed rules written for each scorecard. No AI system scores you, and nothing is sold or shared.
  • Your choices: Email [email protected] and I will delete your results, your visit history, and anything else linked to your email.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, Ahmad Mneimne retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, methods, templates, tools, published articles, and general know-how used in the advisory work.

Clients may use custom deliverables created specifically for their organization for their internal business purposes. A custom deliverable does not transfer ownership of the underlying frameworks or methods. Please ask before republishing, reselling, or distributing any part of the work outside the client organization.

7. Changes to These Terms

I may update this page when the advisory practice, website, or privacy practices change. The date at the top shows when the page was last updated. For a specific engagement, the signed proposal or agreement remains the best place to check the project’s exact terms.

8. Direct Contact

If you have a question about these terms, confidentiality, privacy, or a prospective engagement, contact me at [email protected] or through WhatsApp.
