# Empirical Proof & Case Studies

Five documented results, most relevant first: [an owned revenue system where ChatGPT is the largest named source of visitors](#owned-revenue-system), [a creator website that went from zero sign-ups to 1 in 3 video visitors joining](#video-to-member), [1.8M+ subscribers with zero ad spend](#organic-audience), [a $533M megaproject delivered two weeks early with $2.3M preserved](#megaproject), and [4,476+ executives reading a weekly newsletter](#executive-readership).

## Case 01: An Owned Revenue System Where ChatGPT Is the Largest Named Source of Visitors

Role: Revenue Systems Architect | Platform: Master English (أتقن الإنجليزية)

I replaced a third-party course platform with a system Master English owns. In 30 days (23 September to 22 October 2026) it had 1,018 unique visitors, ChatGPT sent more visits than any other named source, and 167 new people identified themselves by email.

- **13.6%** of visits came from ChatGPT, the largest named source
- **1,018** unique visitors in 30 days
- **167** new people identified by email

### The Operational Challenge

Course sales ran on a third-party course platform. The checkout, the customer relationships, and the data all lived on someone else's system, and there was no way to see which of thousands of learners were close to buying. Follow-up was guesswork.

### The Engineering Intervention

I rebuilt the commercial side as one owned system: a website of more than 160 pages, its own checkout with upsell paths, student accounts and progress tracking, a placement test, an affiliate program with tiers and payouts, email automation, and first-party analytics with funnels. On top of it sits a daily list of known leads, prioritized by observed activity for a person to review.

### How the Daily List Works

Every morning, each known lead gets a score out of 100 from what they actually did in the last 60 days: starting or abandoning a checkout, the product pages they read, the email links they clicked, their placement test result, their goal and when they need English, and whether they came back to the site. Recent signals count more, and anyone at 50 or more is flagged in a morning email. Each lead gets the best-fit product they don't own yet and a personalized first-draft message, written in the teacher's voice from their own activity: their test result, their goal, and what they already own. Nothing is sent until a person reads it and presses send, and anyone contacted or skipped leaves the list for 14 days.

### The Results in Detail

Measured over 30 days, 23 September to 22 October 2026, from the site's own database, with the owner's own visits excluded. Sales figures are kept private.

- **2.6×** October's visits by the 22nd, compared with all of September
- **171** people took the placement test
- **60%** of them clicked through their results email (77% opened it)

The new system went live at the end of August 2026. Existing students moved over in October, and the old course platform closes at the end of that month. Checkout, customers, and data now live on a system Master English owns, which knows 1,519 people by email, including everyone brought over from the old platform and email list.

ChatGPT sent 177 visits in those 30 days, more than email (159), Telegram (109) or YouTube (61). YouTube is under-counted: its app opens links in its own browser and usually hides where the visitor came from, so many of those visits land among the 45% with no source. Even so, for a site two months old, AI answers are already a real source of visitors. That is the channel [AI endorsement](https://ahmadmneimneh.com/ai-endorsement/) is about.

The placement test is how most new people identify themselves: it brought in 100 of the website's new leads in September and October. The daily list now holds 78 warm leads, each with a drafted message. The team started working through it on 22 October 2026, so there is no reply rate to report yet; it will be added here once enough messages have gone out to measure one.

Instead of starting follow-up from a blank list, the team reviews the known leads with the strongest observed signals and a draft message for each. The scores are prioritization rules, not a prediction that someone will buy.

Industrial and B2B companies have the same blind spot, with much bigger stakes: they rarely know which of their leads is warm right now. The same logic, real behavior to a score to a drafted message, with a human deciding, is part of [the Revenue System Build](https://ahmadmneimneh.com/revenue-system-build/).

## Case 02: From Zero Sign-Ups to 1 in 3 Video Visitors Joining

Role: Website and Growth System | Client: One Person Empire (YouTube creator)

I redesigned One Person Empire's website on 17 October 2026 so each video sends viewers to its own page with a free gift. In the five tracked days before, nobody signed up. In the ten days after, 8 people did, and the best video page turned 4 of its 12 visitors into members.

- **0 → 8** member sign-ups, before and after the redesign
- **1 in 3** visitors to the best video page joined (4 of 12)
- **35** visits traced to the exact video and link that sent them

### The Problem

The channel had viewers, but the website wasn't turning any of them into members, and there was no way to tell which video, or which link under it, sent anyone at all.

### What I Built

One page per video, each giving away something the video promised, so a viewer lands on exactly what they came for. Every link has its own tag: the description, the pinned comment, the cards, and the end screen, so each visit is traced to the video and the spot that sent it. New members pick a goal when they join, which shows who might become a client. And a daily report, read straight from the site's database with the owner's own visits excluded, says what to do next.

### The Results in Detail

Measured over 16 days, 12 to 27 October 2026, from the site's own database, with the owner's own visits excluded. Early numbers on a small audience: they show direction, not a rate to promise.

- **6 of 8** new members came from a single video, now the one to build on
- **1 in 16** homepage visitors joined, against 1 in 3 on the best video page
- **1** member chose "build my website for me": a possible client, found by the site

Every one of the 8 sign-ups came after the redesign. Two of them may be the same person using two email addresses, so the true count may be 7. The finding that matters most: once a viewer reaches a video's own page, the page does its job. The next gain comes from more clicks out of YouTube, not from more page changes, so the work moved to placing the link first in every description, pinning it, and adding it to cards and end screens.

It is the same idea as [your second salesperson](https://ahmadmneimneh.com/insights/what-is-a-second-salesperson-website.html): know where each visitor came from, give them the right next step, and show the owner who to talk to.

## Case 03: 0 to 1.8M+ Subscribers with Zero Ad Spend

Role: Growth Architect | Platform: Master English (أتقن الإنجليزية)

Helped grow Master English on YouTube from zero to more than 1.8 million subscribers without paid advertising, then turned that trust into demand for premium executive programs. Across all its channels, Master English has more than 2.5 million followers.

- **1.8M+** YouTube subscribers, built organically
- **$0** spent on ads
- **2.5M+** followers across all Master English channels

### The Operational Challenge

Building a high-trust, market-leading educational brand in a crowded market without relying on recurring ad spend or venture capital.

### The Engineering Intervention

Engineered an organic pull system focused entirely on solving high-value communication problems. Built an organic audience engine on YouTube that commanded deep viewer trust, then designed the commercial path into high-ticket executive communication programs for professionals and business leaders.

### The Quantified Outcome

Scaled the audience from 0 to over 1.8 million subscribers organically. Created a durable distribution asset where qualified clients actively requested premium advisory programs.

## Case 04: Two Weeks Early and $2.3M Preserved on a $533M Megaproject

Role: Technical Manager | Project: King Abdullah Sports City Stadium (Client: Saudi Aramco)

As Technical Manager for the main contractor, I delivered the technical scope two weeks ahead of the stadium opening and preserved $2.3M in budget, by taking the hardest critical-path problems first.

- **$2.3M** budget preserved
- **2 weeks** ahead of the stadium opening
- **$533M** project, client Saudi Aramco

### The Operational Challenge

On complex megaprojects, most contractors focus on completing non-critical tasks rapidly so their progress percentages look good on paper. This hides a growing backlog of unresolved technical problems that trigger catastrophic delays and expensive rework during final commissioning.

### The Engineering Intervention

As Technical Manager for the main contractor, I established a disciplined protocol: the engineering team handled routine tasks independently, while I took direct ownership of every unresolved cross-trade bottleneck. We tackled the most difficult technical blockers head-on instead of masking them behind easy milestones.

### Why It Matters Here

Delivered the technical scope two weeks ahead of the stadium opening while other trades were still managing unresolved punch lists. The disciplined execution preserved $2.3M in budget and avoided expensive rework leakage. Today, I apply this exact diagnostic rigor to [B2B revenue systems](https://ahmadmneimneh.com/revenue-systems-diagnostic/).
